Police will summons the owner of a car videoed travelling a city road with a long-haired woman sitting outside on top of the boot in Hua Mak area on Friday night. Mr Porawit used his smartphone to take a video of the woman and the car. The owner would be called in for questioning and charged with driving a vehicle without due care for the safety of another person. The still un-named woman sitting on the boot would also be summoned for questioning, once identified, and charged with sitting on the outside of a moving vehicle.
